   Hours: M–F 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST

What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor

You’re the bridge between customers and the shop—ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience every time.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Write repair orders & manage the service workflow
• Source parts & maintain inventory control
• Support sales execution and customer follow-up
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate repairs
  

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in service advising or related customer service roles
• Strong communication, organization & multitasking abilities
• A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage workflow, invoicing & service systems
• Automotive knowledge preferred but not required
