D&R Autoworks, a full-service auto repair shop serving the Highland Park community, is looking for a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor with a great attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Location: 1454 Old Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL
Pay: $19 – $23.50/hour + Overtime + Monthly Incentive Plan
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends Off!)

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
• Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
• Help drive shop performance through sales and service excellence

? What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and sales skills
• A team player who builds respectful relationships with technicians
• Committed to delivering an honest, transparent customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• High school diploma or GED
