Salary: $61,000 - $91,000 annually

Commission Structure

• Commission: Earn 4.75% - 5.5% of RO parts and labor sales (less discounts and sublet):
  • 4.75% for CSI below zone average.
  • 5.25% for CSI above zone average.
  • 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone.
• Additional bonuses and spiffs as dictated by management.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Be the go-to person for customers during their service visit
• Keep them in the loop about their vehicle and help them understand their options
• Translate what our technicians find into clear, honest service recommendations
• Follow up, follow through, and make sure each customer leaves satisfied

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Schedule appointments and greet customers
• Write up repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Walk through inspection findings and recommend services
• Estimate pricing using internal tools and communicate timelines
• Coordinate with techs and parts teams to keep everything moving smoothly
• Keep customers updated from check-in to pick-up

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
