What You'll Do

  Welcome customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process.

  Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle symptoms, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.

  Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with technicians and the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep customers informed of vehicle status, additional recommendations, and completion times.

  Review repair orders and ensure accuracy before closing out customer visits.

  Build lasting customer relationships through trust, transparency, and excellent service.

  Identify maintenance and repair opportunities that help customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable.

  Maintain a positive, organized, and professional service experience for every customer.

  
  

What We're Looking For

  Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred.

  Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
