yearResponsibilities:*

Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty and after-sale repairs.* Utilize shop resources efficiently to ensure low-cost and speedy service.* Handle all service calls and negotiate service agreements.* Coordinate and manage work orders for the shop.* Oversee after-sale service handling, including warranty repairs.* Arrange for the customers' vehicles to be brought to our shop for diagnostics and inspections.* Set appointments with sublet repair facilities as needed.* Control the repair process by managing the speed and cost of repairs.* Submit warranty claims to the appropriate companies for payment.* Provide backup support for the Service Director, Body Needs, and Parts departments.Note: Please read the entire job description carefully before applying. Growing from 25 cars a month to 200 he opened a 2nd store in Warsaw, IN. After Great success there his 3rd store came to Rockford, IL. The 4th and 5th stores have just arrived in IN in 2022 as well.
