McCarthy Auto Group is continuously growing and we are currently looking for a motivated and organized Service Assistant to support our service team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to join the McCarthy Chevrolet- Overland Park team!

Schedule:

• Monday: 7am to 5pm


• Tuesday: 7am to 5pm


• Wednesday: Off


• Thursday: 1pm to 6pm 


• Friday: 7am to 5pm 


• Saturday: 7am to 3pm 


• Sunday: Off 

 Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone 


• Provide shuttle service for customers as needed 


• Support service advisors with documentation and follow-up 


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and lounge area 


• Perform basic facility maintenance (empty trash, sweep floors, etc.) 


• Assist service advisors and technicians with miscellaneous tasks as requested 

 Job requirements:

• Clear and valid driver's license 


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent customer service skills 
  


• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment


• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods
