 What You’ll Do (Your Impact Matters!)

As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll be the voice of our service department—building relationships, driving appointments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  Make  outbound calls to schedule service appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Proactively reach out to current customers via phone, email, and text

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up on service reminders, missed appointments, and marketing campaigns

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with Service Advisors and Management to ensure a seamless experience

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes

  
  


• 
  

  Attend weekly team meetings and complete ongoing training

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver exceptional customer service—every customer, every time

  
  

 What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Previous BDC or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Confident, upbeat phone presence

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent follow-through and organization

  Comfortable with computers and CRM systems

  Positive, can-do attitude

  High School Diploma or equivalent
