Responsibilities

  Answer inbound phone calls and online service inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist customers with service questions and direct them to the appropriate department when needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Confirm upcoming service appointments and follow up with customers regarding missed appointments.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership management system.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow established communication processes using phone, text, and email.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete assigned training and attend scheduled team meetings.

  Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive service experience is preferred but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.

  Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based software.

  Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  High School Diploma or GED required.
