Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages from service customers.
Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to help maximize shop productivity.
Proactively contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, overdue services, and upcoming service needs.
Follow up with customers who have missed or canceled appointments to get them rescheduled.
Respond promptly and professionally to online service inquiries.
Build lasting relationships with customers by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information in our CRM and scheduling systems.
Work closely with service advisors, management, and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual and departmental appointment-setting and customer satisfaction goals.
You have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
You're friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
You enjoy working toward goals and take pride in your accomplishments.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
You have excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
You're dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
You're comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems.
Previous automotive service BDC, dealership, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
Automotive experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to invest in the right attitude and work ethic!
