About the Role

Irwin Lincoln Mazda is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is the bridge between our valued customers and our skilled technicians — ensuring every repair and maintenance experience is smooth, transparent, and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and listen to their service needs

  
  


• 
  

  Write repair orders clearly and accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs with confidence and transparency

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services

  
  


• 
  

  Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with technicians and the parts department for efficient workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure vehicles are delivered back to customers on time and in excellent condition

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Prior experience as an automotive service advisor or related customer service role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and sales skills

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (experience with CDK)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
