The Opportunity:

As an Automotive Service Consultant, you'll be the primary liaison between our customers and our expert service technicians. You'll help maintain our tradition of superior customer satisfaction while working with Chevrolet's award-winning product lineup. What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and discuss their vehicle service needs with professionalism and expertise


• Write detailed service orders and explain recommended services clearly


• Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion


• Provide customers with accurate estimates and keep them informed throughout the service process


• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with completed work


• Process service payments and explain warranty coverage


• Maintain detailed records in our service management system, including required documentation for warranty administration


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business


• Support our commitment to maintaining our excellent reputation in the community


• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Chevrolet products and service procedures

What You'll Bring:

• Previous automotive service advisor/consultant experience required


• Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities


• Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures


• Ability to explain technical information in terms customers can understand


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software


• Valid driver's license required


• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a significant plus
