Automotive Service Coordinator – Diehl CDJR of Grove City

Diehl CDJR of Grove City is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Coordinator to join our growing Service Department! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet service customers and provide a friendly, professional experience


• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments


• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries


• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers


• Help coordinate vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, and service schedules


• Communicate with Service Advisors and technicians to help keep customers informed


• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information


• Assist with service department paperwork and administrative duties


• Help ensure every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Comfortable working on the phone and interacting with customers


• Basic computer skills


• Ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment


• Previous automotive dealership, service, BDC, scheduling, or customer service experience is a plus
