Our busy Hyundai dealership with over 60 appointments a day is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our service team!

About the Role: As our Automotive Service Dispatcher, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service department — ensuring efficient workflow between customers, advisors, and technicians. You’ll coordinate repair orders, balance workloads, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience that keeps our Hyundai drivers coming back. 

Key Responsibilities: The Automotive Service Dispatcher will:

• Sschedule and assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level and availability


• Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction


• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to manage workflow and prioritize urgent repairs


• Maintain accurate records and support overall service department operations


• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment 

What We’re Looking For: The Automotive Service Dispatcher will need:

• Previous experience as a service dispatcher, service advisor (automotive industry preferred)


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


• Basic computer proficiency (Dealertrack and Xtime or similar systems a plus) 


• A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
