Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a fast-paced, high-volume service drive.
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
• Oversee daily scheduling and workflow of service advisors.
• Train, coach, and develop service team members.
• Collaborate with department leaders to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Set, track, and achieve department goals and Toyota CXI targets.
• Monitor and improve profitability while maintaining top-tier service standards.
• Ensure all service repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Drive Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of service department operations, including warranty claims and policies.
• Skilled in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive, professional environment for both guests and staff.
• Familiarity with Toyota service processes is a plus.
