Responsibilities:

  Work directly with the assistant service managers and assist them with write-up, updating a customer and closing the repair order.

  Verifying that the total repair meets the estimate provided to the customer.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring all customers have an exceptional service experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Occasionally move cars from the service lane to shop.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver customers vehicles back to them in the service lane.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle payment from customers on occasion.

  
  


• 
  

  Scheduling appointments and answering the phones.

  
  


•
