Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Service Manager
Salary: $36,000 - $40,000 annually

Are you looking for an active, hands-on role in the automotive industry? Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Service Lot Attendant to keep our service department running smoothly. What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Move vehicles efficiently between the service drive, shop, and parking areas.
  • Wash, vacuum, and prep customer vehicles for a polished finish.
  • Provide courtesy transportation for customers when needed.
  • Keep the service lot organized to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team.

Larson Automotive Benefits:

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                  o Accrual begins on your first day.

                  o Eligible to use after 90 days of employment.

                  o Accrual schedule:

                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked

                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • ASE certifications are ideal.
  • Strong automotive background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others. 
  • Basic computer skills. 
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to understand and apply common sense.
  • Clean driving record 
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen.
