Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist customers by explaining recommended services and repairs clearly and professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate service options

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate service progress and keep customers informed throughout the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current on new products, features, and accessories by attending required training

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business

  
  


• 
  

  Hire, train, and supervise service department personnel while monitoring performance

  
  


• 
  

  Establish departmental goals, including annual operating budgets and marketing plans

  
  


• 
  

  Promote customer satisfaction and maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI)

  
  


• 
  

  Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager

  
  


• 
  

  Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or higher education required

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Motivated, team-oriented professional with a drive for continuous improvement
