What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team


• Drive department profitability through efficient shop flow and upsell opportunities


• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (CSI, RO count, hours per RO, etc.)


• Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and dealership policies


• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer-first service


• Collaborate with Fixed Ops and Sales to support dealership-wide goals

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership: Be prepared to show 3-6 months of recent proof!


• Strong understanding of fixed ops KPIs, warranty processes, and service drive operations


• Leadership skills that inspire performance and growth


• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff


• CDJR experience a plus, but not required

Requirements:
 

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Automotive Technology or a related field preferred.


• At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management.


• Proficiency in computer systems and software related to automotive service.


• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
