to lead one of the region's fastest-growing Toyota service departments.

We're searching for a proven leader who thrives on competition, accountability,

Annual Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000

• Lead
  and inspire a high-performing service team.
  
• Drive
  customer satisfaction while achieving departmental profitability goals.
  
• Hold
  advisors, technicians, and support staff accountable to performance standards.
  
• Monitor
  technician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair order
  performance.
  
• Recruit,
  coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
  
• Resolve
  customer concerns professionally while protecting the dealership's reputation.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with Toyota standards, warranty requirements, and dealership
  policies.
  
• Collaborate
  with Parts, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

  3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
  
• Proven
  success leading dealership service operations.
  
• Strong
  understanding of fixed operations and service profitability.
  
• Excellent
  leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Valid
  driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  
• Toyota
  experience preferred but not required.
