Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The Manager will oversee all aspects of our automotive service department, ensure the delivery of top-notch customer service, maintain efficient operations, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of automotive service technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Maintain high customer service standards by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Coordinate and schedule automotive service appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-performing domestic service department.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in automotive diagnostic equipment and service procedures.

Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.

Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and automotive service management software.
