Job Description:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-performing domestic service department.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in automotive diagnostic equipment and service procedures.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and automotive service management software.
