Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $68,000
• Incentives: Monthly & Quarterly Performance Bonuses

Hours

• Monday – Friday
• Weekends Off – Our Shop is Closed!

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations
• Sell repairs and services to customers to help meet sales goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Manage shop performance, including P&L and key metrics
• Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment

? What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive shop management experience
• 1+ year in a service advisor or sales role
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Proven leadership and performance management experience
• Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills
• A self-aware, servant leader who leads by example
