We are a full-service auto-repair shop dedicated to serving the local and surrounding Northern Austin communities. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will embody our values, maintain high standards, and lead our team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the auto-repair shop operations.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

- Sell repair services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and helping the shop achieve its sales goals.

- Uphold the shop's values and standards, serving as a role model for all team members.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Automotive Service Center Management experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Managers responsibilities.
• Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
• Strong customer service and management skills.
• MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
