Automotive Service Manager/Director

Bob Bell Automotive is currently seeking an Experienced Service Manager to join our team.

Pay Potential $150,000-$200,000 with a 6 month guarantee for right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service


• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers


• Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer


• Manage and hire technicians and service advisors


• Interview and make new hires


• Distribute work between technicians


• Prioritize required services


• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience


• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled


• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers

Requirements

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction


• Past experience as a Service Manager/Director


• Above-average energy level


• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization


• Personal and professional integrity


• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
