Automotive Service Porter

Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is looking for a Service Porter to join our service department! As a Service Porter, you will help ensure our customers enjoy a friendly and efficient service experience by keeping vehicles organized and moving effectively throughout the service department.

 Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated, maintaining organization of customer vehicles in the service areas.


• Maintain service vehicles (gas, oil, water, tires).


• Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, seat covers, etc.


• Help uphold the appearance and cleanliness of the Service Drive and shop areas.


• Provide courtesy washes as requested.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Customer service or lot attendant experience is helpful, but not required.


• A positive and helpful attitude is a must!


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to safely operate vehicles of various sizes; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.


• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment: 

The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm, and Saturdays 7am – 5pm. We have several shifts available, and offer full-time and part-time positions. This job requires standing and working outdoors for extended periods.
