Automotive Service Receptionist

Essential Functions

1. Help answer phones and schedule appointments as necessary.

2. Help schedule and coordinate mobile service calls along with pick/up and delivery.

3. Assist with administrative paperwork

4. Assist Service Advisors as necessary

Qualifications

1. Must have a great/positive attitude, be very courteous with great communication skills.

2. Must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Some automotive dealership experienced is prefered but not required.

4. Valid driver’s license with a good record.

5. A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.

6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

7. Strong leadership qualities.

8. A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

10. Strong work ethic.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position and hours of work and days must be flexible to include evening hours and some Saturdays.
