Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing great customer service? Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Automotive Service Receptionist / Cashier to join our Service Administrative Team!

This is more than a traditional cashier position! You'll play an important role in helping our service department run smoothly, assisting customers, processing payments, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support.

No automotive dealership experience? No problem! If you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable using computers, we encourage you to apply!

A Schedule That Gives You More Time Off!

We offer a rotating 4-day work week, allowing you to work 40 hours in four 10-hour shifts.

• Full-time position — 40 hours per week


• Rotating four-day schedule


• Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch


• Some Saturdays required

What You'll Do

• Customer Service: Welcome and assist service customers, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, professional experience.


• Payment Processing: Accurately process cash, check, and credit card transactions, issue receipts, and provide approved refunds.


• Service Administration: Finalize and close repair orders, verify customer signatures, and maintain accurate records.


• Phones & Scheduling: Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and assist customers with inquiries.


• Digital Communication: Respond to customer emails, text messages, and online chats promptly and professionally.


• Daily Accounting: Balance payments and prepare accurate end-of-day deposits.


• Team Support: Work closely with Service Advisors, managers, and other team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.


• Office Support: Scan and organize documents, maintain records, and assist with general receptionist and administrative responsibilities.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when processing payments


• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach


• Valid driver's license


• Ability to complete required pre-employment background screening and drug testing

Experience in customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, reception, or office administration is a plus!

Previous automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required.
