Our service department continues to expand, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Support Associate to join our team. This is an ideal position for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in automotive service operations and grow into a long-term career within the dealership.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed

Role Summary
The Service Support Associate plays a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly. This versatile position assists with various day-to-day operations like greeting customers, helping them connect with Service Advisors, coordinating vehicle shuttles, running parts to technicians, and providing general support to the service and quick lane teams. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This role offers the opportunity to explore multiple aspects of dealership operations and grow into a long-term position based on performance and interest.
Responsibilities
Greet service customers and help direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor
Assist customers with transportation needs, including shuttle service and vehicle pickup/drop-off
Support the Service Advisors with overflow tasks such as writing quick lube service tickets or updating customers on vehicle status
Deliver and retrieve parts from the parts department to technicians efficiently
Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization as needed
Maintain a clean and professional service drive and work environment
Communicate clearly with customers, advisors, and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow
Support the dealership team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
