About the Role: We're looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Mt. Juliet Tire Center Goodyear. As an experienced Automotive Service Technician, you'll be expected to perform various diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, predominately domestic. You'll work closely with our Service Manager to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. We employee a limited number of Automotive Service Technicians to support a non-competitive work environment that encourages high compensation and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose a wide variety of repairs, including but not limited to drivability, electrical, brakes, steering and suspension, HVAC, starting and charging, major engine repairs, and maintenance services
Communicate effectively with the Service Manager an honest assessment of needed service repairs
Maintain a professional working environment that encourages support among colleagues
Maintain cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and work areas
Attend and participate in store meetings
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ consecutive years of automotive repair experience
ASE certifications preferred, not required
Experience with various makes and models, predominantly domestic
Have your own tools including a diagnostic scan tool
Valid driver's license
Ability to stand and work eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day
Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a willingness to adapt and learn
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Reliable, punctual, and willing to help others

Compensation: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
Mt. Juliet Tire Center is independently owned and operated by Stacy and Stewart Roberson who are residents in the Mt. Juliet community. In 2005, Stacy had the opportunity to purchase her first Goodyear store and then in 2010 purchased her second location in Mt. Juliet. Stacy has a business background with experience as a Parts Consultant and Facility Consultant for the Saturn Corporation working directly with the dealerships and also as a Corporate Buyer for their Saturn Service Parts division. Over the years we have been very blessed to have wonderful customers and employees who have supported our success and our growth. Our goal as business owners is to provide honest trustworthy service to each of our customers and to also provide them with the necessary information needed to make the right decisions regarding their automotive repair needs.
