Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.


• Conduct thorough test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate components and systems.


• Identify, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and climate control systems.


• Maintain open communication with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs and accurate repair timelines.


• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Service Technician (preferred).


• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Previous experience working in a Ford dealership is a plus.


• Proficient in diagnostic procedures, electrical troubleshooting, and engine repair.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively use diagnostic equipment.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• Basic computer skills and comfort with modern automotive technology.


• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a desire for continuous learning.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
