We’re looking for a technician with strong diagnostic abilities, proven repair experience, and ASE/Ford certifications. In this role, you'll handle repair orders efficiently, accurately diagnose issues, and help deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform work listed on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to evaluate systems and components

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brakes, A/C, and more

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional needed repairs and time estimates

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver professional, courteous service to customers and teammates

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current with manufacturer training, bulletins, and new technologies

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required

  
  


• 
  

  ASE Certification required

  
  


• 
  

  Ford Certification strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  B-level diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair capabilities

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  Excellent communication and customer service skills
