Job Description

Bob Allen Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while following Ford standards and dealership processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a high volume service environment.

Pay

  Up to $37 per flat rate hour based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Ford and other vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Perform routine maintenance including brakes, suspension, and engine services

  
  


• 
  

  Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards

  
  


• 
  

  Document all work performed accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate findings and repair needs with service advisors

  
  


• 
  

  Follow Ford service procedures and dealership guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in ongoing training and certification programs

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive technician experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Ford certification preferred or willingness to obtain

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
