What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll be a high-performing problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering world-class customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive training and obtain certifications in mobility products and services. Understand how to diagnose vehicle conversion issues.

• Install and troubleshoot mobility equipment.

• Document all repair steps clearly.

• Stay updated on mobility equipment.

• Build trust through reliable service.

• Strengthen client relationships.

• Help clients feel confident using their equipment.

• Support store operations and teamwork.

• Work efficiently and help others when needed.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License (required)

• Basic automotive experience or certification in automotive technology

• ASE Certification (a plus)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Compassionate, customer-focused communication style

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
