We’re busy, and we’re getting busier — and we pay our techs accordingly. Top performers here earn $70,000 to $150,000+ a year. We set a parts & service record in May, we’re on track to break it again in June, and our bays are full. We need experienced technicians who want the hours to prove what they can do.

This is a new chapter for our store. A new Service Manager came aboard April 1, we’ve built a strong team around him, and we’re running a service department the way it should be run — organized, fair, and set up so good techs can make real money. If you’ve been stuck somewhere with empty bays, slow advisors, or hours that disappear, that’s the problem we’ve already solved.

Kia or Hyundai experience is a big plus, but it’s not a dealbreaker. If you’re a skilled tech from any brand or background and you want a shop with steady volume and leadership that has your back, we want to talk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and A/C systems


• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to pinpoint issues


• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications


• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and recommend needed work clearly and honestly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of service technician experience (Kia/Hyundai a plus, all brands welcome)


• ASE Certification; B-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair preferred


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills with electronic diagnostic equipment


• A team player with a positive attitude and the drive to keep getting better


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
