Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose, maintain, and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and special service tools to accurately identify and repair vehicle concerns.

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs to ensure quality workmanship.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and provide accurate estimates for additional work.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty repairs in accordance with Stellantis manufacturer guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Current Phase 2 or Phase 3 Stellantis Certification required.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years of Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership technician experience required.

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced diagnostic, electrical, drivability, and engine repair experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of Stellantis vehicle systems and current automotive technologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and factory scan tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license required.
