Job Description - Automotive Service Technician

Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department is constantly growing and needs a level A automotive technician to add to our team! This position is full-time and pays $40 per flat rate hour with a 40 hour per week guarantee.

We are looking for a full time service technician. Experienced, flat rate technician and entry level positions are available. Job responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.

Recommend needed services

Diagnose problems with vehicles and perform repairs

Explain automotive repairs and issues.

Provide excellent customer service / keep customer's car neat and clean

Road test vehicles

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Willingness to get additional certifications if needed

Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions

ASE certification recommended

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
