Automotive Service Technician (A,B, or C Flat Rate) ***SIGN ON BONUS***

Job Summary:
Bay Ridge Subaru, a reputable and fast-paced car dealership in Brooklyn, New York, is seeking to hire experienced Automotive Service Technicians (Flat Rate- A, B, or C) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of automotive systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for providing quality service to our customers. As a Flat Rate Technician at Bay Ridge Subaru, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, adhering to manufacturer guidelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in which you will be compensated generously for your skills and hard work.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $50,000 to $100,000+ per year, paid weekly

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance services, including but not limited to engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical system repairs
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure quality repairs
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and address mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and maintenance needed
- Keep a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new vehicle models and technologies

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician; Subaru experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
