Automotive Service Technician – Graff Kia of Chesterton

Graff Kia of Chesterton is hiring skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team in Northwest Indiana. Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders


• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately


• Conduct multipoint inspections and clearly communicate recommended repairs


• Complete work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Work closely with advisors and team members to deliver a strong customer experience


• Stay current on Kia training and repair procedures

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required


• Kia experience is a plus, but not required


• ASE certifications are a plus


• Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset


• Ability to produce efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
