Automotive Service to Sales Guide

Goodwin Motor Group is seeking a driven and customer-focused Service to Sales Guide to join our elite team at Land Rover Scarborough. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in connecting our Service and Sales departments, helping loyal service customers discover their next Land Rover or pre-owned luxury vehicle.

What You’ll Do

• Engage service customers in conversations about vehicle upgrade opportunities
• Offer complimentary CarFax reports and no-obligation vehicle appraisals
• Present features and benefits of new and pre-owned Land Rover vehicles
• Assist with financing, trade-ins, and transition to the Sales team
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and customer communication records
• Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Support lot presentation, cleanliness, and seasonal maintenance tasks (e.g., snow removal)
• Ensure each interaction reflects the Land Rover luxury experience
   

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Sales or customer service experience required (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of or passion for luxury automotive brands
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional, organized, and client-focused demeanor

Work Environment

• Combination of indoor showroom and outdoor lot responsibilities
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods
• Must be comfortable with in-person and digital communication
• Must be able to assist with physical lot upkeep when needed
