We are looking to add a Service to Sales Manager to our dynamic team.  

Responsibilities:

• Engage with service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities.


• Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored upgrade options.


• Collaborate closely with both service and sales departments to ensure a seamless experience.


• Track and report performance metrics related to service-to-sales conversions.


• Train and support sales-to-service team in identifying potential upgrade candidates.


• Maintain detailed knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.


• Support customer retention and loyalty efforts through proactive follow-up and outreach.
  

Skills:

• Prior experience in automotive sales, service advising, or management strongly preferred.


• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.


• Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership software systems.


• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
