Automotive Service Valet

Description

Automotive Service Valet Job Responsibilities:

• Greets all customers in a sincere, and helpful manner. 
• Assists Service Advisors with providing excellent customer service. 
• Directs customers to the necessary department and/or point of contact. 
• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed. 
• Washes and cleans vehicles as needed. 
• Helps maintain department appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks. Removing debris as needed. 
• Helps maintain department cleanliness including windows, floors, doors, etc. 
• Assists in transporting customers to and from their home when needed and/or requested. 
• Follows all safety and security procedures. 
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Automotive Service Valet Job Requirements: 

• Must be available to work on Saturdays.
• Fluent in English speaking and written communication skills. 
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry. 
• High school diploma or GED. 
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Commitment to delivering world-class customer service!
• Efficient time management skills. 
• Professional dress, speech, behavior, and appearance.
