Automotive Service Valet

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and directing them to the proper area of the service drive.
  
• Check the mileage and confirm the appointment details.
• Showing customers the results of their vehicle scan.
• Transporting customer vehicles to appropriate locations during their service appointment, and maintaining some aspects of loaner vehicles.
• Responsible for keeping the drive and lot clean.

What We Need From You Job Duties and Requirements:

• Greet customers as they pull into the service drive for their appointments
• Retrieve, top off fuel, wash, and complete paperwork after service on a vehicle is complete, before customer arrival
• Drive vehicles out of the service drive and park in a numbered and recorded parking spot until the time for service
• Ensure the vehicle is locked and windows are rolled up after parking
• Observe and clean drive and waiting areas as necessary
• Keep the drive and lot clean and clear of safety hazards
• Inspect all loaner vehicles upon return for a full tank, possible damage to interior and exterior
• Any additional tasks as deemed necessary by the Service Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with less than 6 points to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to walk around/stand for long periods
