Great Lakes Honda City is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team, helping deliver an exceptional ownership experience while driving service department performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. 
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs. 
• Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition. 
• Prepare estimates and explain repairs, timelines, and costs clearly. 
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process. 
• Coordinate workflow between technicians, parts, and customers. 
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers at vehicle delivery. 
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. 
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales objectives. 
• Maintain accurate records using dealership management software.

  Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. 
• Honda experience is a plus. 
• Experience with CDK or dealership management systems preferred. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. 
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. 
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
