About the Role:

DJs Auto Repair Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Writer/Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our repair shop.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs

Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates

Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing shop workflow

Requirements:

Previous experience as an automotive service writer/advisor

Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
