What you’ll be doing:

As the Automotive Shop Foreman, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service department, leading a team of talented technicians and mechanics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspiring Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train your service team to ensure optimal performance and a collaborative environment.


• Quality Control Champion: Conduct thorough inspections on repairs and maintenance tasks, upholding our high-quality standards.


• Efficiency Expert: Oversee parts ordering and inventory management to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.


• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and parts departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.


• Safety Advocate: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven background as a Shop Foreman or in a similar leadership role within an automotive service department. (Minimum 5 years FORD experience required.)
  


• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and technologies, supported by technical or vocational training.


• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with customers, staff, and management, fostering a positive atmosphere.


• Organizational Skills: Strong time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and optimizing inventory levels.
