Are you a Ford Master Technician who's ready to stop just fixing the hardest cars and start building the team that fixes them?
We're a high-volume Ford and Lincoln dealership turning 4,000 hours a month, and we're on our way to 4,500. We need a Shop Foreman who can lead that growth, someone the techs trust, the advisors lean on, and the customers never have to see because the work gets done right the first time.
This isn't a revolving-door store. Our people stay. Many of our technicians and staff have been here for years, and we run this dealership like a family, because to a lot of us, it is one. You'll be stepping into a shop with real stability, real volume, and real support from leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, mentor, and develop a strong team of Ford and Lincoln technicians.
Be the go-to diagnostician for the toughest drivability, electrical, and module concerns.
Dispatch and balance workflow to keep bays full and hours flowing.
Quality-check repairs and drive first-time-fix and CSI results.
Partner with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to hit production goals.
Support warranty accuracy and help keep Ford policy and procedure on track.
Train and grow the next generation of techs as the shop expands.
WHAT YOU BRING
Ford Senior Master Technician or Master Technician certification (Lincoln experience a strong plus).
Several years of Ford/Lincoln dealership experience.
Elite diagnostic skills and a deep working knowledge of FDRS, PTS, and OASIS.
Leadership experience as a foreman, team lead, or the tech everyone already comes to for help.
A calm, steady presence under pressure and a passion for teaching.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
