What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Full shop operations – Oversee daily workflow, customer service, and team performance.
Increase profitability – Grow revenue through upselling services, improving efficiency, and managing expenses.
Lead & motivate the team – Hold technicians accountable, coach service advisors, and build a high-performance culture.
Customer satisfaction & retention – Ensure every customer has a great experience and comes back.
Performance tracking – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and shop growth.
Process improvement – Identify and fix inefficiencies to improve productivity and customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience managing an auto repair shop, tire shop, or service franchise (Meineke, Jiffy Lube, Firestone, Midas, Valvoline, etc.).
- Proven ability to increase shop profitability – You know how to drive sales, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills – You can build and manage a team, hold people accountable, and create a winning culture.
- Customer-first mindset – You understand how to deliver great service and increase customer retention.
- Problem-solver – You take ownership, find solutions, and don’t wait for others to fix issues.
- Familiarity with auto repair services – You don’t need to be a mechanic, but you should understand how services are sold and delivered.
