Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Tech to join our team in Watertown, WI. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate at peak performance and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent automotive service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.


• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer resources.


• Repair or replace worn or broken parts including engines, transmissions, and brakes.


• Maintain accurate service records and provide clear communication to service advisors and customers.


• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.


• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair procedures.


• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and interpret technical manuals.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.


• ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
