Automotive Mechanic

Are you an Automotive Mechanic looking for a new opportunity with a highly respected dealership in Fort Benton? Our client is looking for talented technicians of all experience levels, from apprentices to seasoned Journeyman/woman. This position is open to Canadians interest in working in Montana.

Job Description

Working with our client, you'll be integral in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure safety and performance. Our client values skilled technicians who are hands-on, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service. 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve various automotive issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace for safe and efficient repairs.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in heavy lifting or moving equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle needs and repair status.

Qualifications

• Open to all levels of experience, from apprentice to Journeyman/woman (Red Seal Certification is an asset).
• Prior experience in a dealership or repair setting is valued but not required.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools; a focus on safety.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.
