We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Main Line Technician to join our team at our Subaru dealership in Salina, Kansas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, particularly with Subaru vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Subaru vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and communicate repair needs to customers.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and dealership standards.

- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program is preferred.

- Valid automotive technician certification (ASE) is a plus.

- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Subaru vehicles.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
