We are looking for experienced, career minded individuals with multiple years of experience. We will provide factory training at no cost to the technician. Compensation and Schedule

• Competitive wage/per flag hour depending on experience.
• Monday -Saturday

Technician Responsibilities

• · Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs to all make and models to their specific standards.
• · Follow approved protocols to complete services according to factory specifications.
• · Complete routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, fluid exchanges, and multi-point inspections.
• · Perform primary systems replacements and essential component repairs.
• · Must be able to read, understand service details while recording.
• · Must have safety as a top priority in the service dept.
• · Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• · Communicate directly with the ASM so that customer can be informed of any additional service that is needed.

Requirements

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License in good standing with DMV
• Able to pass background check
• Outstanding Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with a team.
